Enhancement of sentence

My daughter-in-law has been convicted in the case under IPC 324 for assaulting me with a iron lock to bleeding injury on head. Lower Court has sentenced only 1 month of jail and Rs.500 fine. What is the procedure to appeal for enhancement of sentence? In how many days appeal should be filed and in which court ?
Please help. Thanks in advance.

You can file Revision either in the court of sessions of high court within 90 days from the date of judgement.

Engage a lawyer who shall file an appeal within 30 days before local Sessions Court on your behalf.

Is there possibility that she can also appeal in High court for acquittal ?
