Motor claim

What is the procedure to apply for motor claim. A criminal case is already filed in this regard. But to get a compensation I was told to apply for motor claim.

Would the money be given the person responsible for the accident or would it be given by his insurance company?

you have to file your claim before motor accident tribunal . comprehensive thrid party insurance is compulsory . so insurance company will pay

file the case with MACT(Motor accident claim tribunal).engage suitable lawyer for the same.

the claim amount would be paid by the insurance company,where the op's vehicle is insured,provided he has a valid insurance at the time of accident and the mact decides the case in your favour.
