If i will make confession in case u/s 309 of IPC whether section 309 of IPC comes in moral turpitude . Whether after conviction i can apply for any government job .

Though this doesn't come within the preview of moral turpitude but I do not advise you to confess as the same may come as a hurdle in your future service matter etc.

It is neither moral turpitude nor an offence against the society. If it were to serve as a stigma, then, you may be forced to attempt again for suicide. Hence, the law makers have in their wisdom kept such offence outside the realm of stigma.
