Dear Sir, My Client Mr.A was out of country in 2004 and he had given a GPA to buy a property to Mr B who was also SPA to the builder. Now my client Mr.A has lost the GPA and the purchaser is asking for the GPA copy. SO can you kindly sujjest how to go about it?

if GPA was registered, copy can be obtained from sub registrar office.

Your query is not clear. You say Mr.A had given GPA and also say Mr.A has lost the GPA.
If this is the real situation, the GPA will be with the POA.

Sir, A has given GPA to B to buy a property now both A and B do not have the copy they say it's been lost,Now the buyer wants the GPA copy.We are not sure whether it is registered GPA. How to find out if it is registered? How to take the sale go thru.

Assuming that A has bought the property & is now selling the property, I fail to understand what is the need for the GPA as the sale deed must be in A's name & that is the only requirement esp. in view of The Benami Transactions (prohibition) Act.
