This order applies to bills of exchange, hundies and promissory notes, to recover a debt, to recover fixed sum etc. and benefit of this order is that the other party has to show reasonable cause to defend and court will grant permission on depositing amount ordered by the court.

A suit filed under o.37 is called Summary suit,it is not a regular suit Mr.Niranjan told in which cases this kind of suit can be filed.

we call the Plaint filed under Order XXXVII Rule 1 as a summary suit, n this procedures are different and all will be over within a period of three months. the thing is the plaintiff admits part payment of money
