Kindly help me by providing complete list of notified towns of India (preferably state of Madhya Pradesh), where equitable mortgage by deposit of title deeds can be created as per transfer of property act, 1882.

The list is exhaustive and has no relevance far as the mortgagor is concerned. But as a debtor borrower, it is enough to enough to get the details from the creditor bank in your State where the EM is going to be created by deposit of title deeds. Panel advocate of the bank can guide you in this regard as there is no a single database containing the list of Notified centres
