Why did you pay Rs.7800/- and to whom? Your query requires clarity.

As I lossed a amount in cyber crime and I raised query to the consumer forum to recover money from scammer, so that they ask me a fees of some respective amount.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 27 July 2023
If you have filed a complaint before the consumer forum then you are required to pay the fee for conducting the case and you are also required to follow it up by attending the case on all court dates.
It is not known that to whom you have paid the said amount or whether you purchased DD and submitted to the consumer forum.
You can approach the p[residing officer with a complaint venting out your grievances and seek his intervention if you suspect any fraudulent activity in this.
Dr. J C Vashista (Expert) 28 July 2023
There is no court fees for an original complaint in either of the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission.
On what account, where and to whom did you pay the amount of Rs. 7800/- ???

You have not mention that how much amount you lost in cyber crime and how much you claimed ? Upto 5 lacks no court fee is payable and maximum court fee is Rs 7500/-which is on amount of Rs 100000000/- and the jurisdiction lies to National Consumer Commission Delhi to claim such huge amount. From the given facts ,it seems that said query is fake.
vijylakshmy (Querist) 31 July 2023
Sir,
I didn't pay any court fee. The above mentioned link that the case manager asked me for respective fees to for recover my money
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 04 August 2023
The court fee varies from one state to another, it is not the same in all the states across the country
