Dear Experts

Father(age- 82+) of my Boss wants to give power of attorney to a 3rd person for selling/buying property. The property is situated in Vizag and Father is in Mumbai.

As Father is sick, kindly guide-

1. Whether he can issue PoA from home?(if registrar can come home)

2. Can this be done from Mumbai?

You can give POA at Mumbai from your father to any body he likes.

Yes Registrar can also come to your home at Mumbai.

However get a medical certificate from a good doctor that your father is in good mental health and incorporate it in the POA.
