What is procedure to get bank details of passed out person after 12 years?

Send RTI application if it is Nationalised Bank and the a/c holder is related to you.

A/C holder was my aunt.she is no more.
She was government employee. She was unmarried.what could've happened with her pension?
Kindly guide me.

Pension is released by the concerned department.

Her legal heirs may visit the Bank or use RTI rout for details of her deposit accounts.
