Proceedings stay till date of next listing

In an application u/s 482 in a criminal case, HC ordered for issue of notice to O.P. and stay of proceedings till next date of listing. The case has been listed. Whether on date of listing stay order shall automatically deemed to be vacated until extended by HC or stay order shall be deemed to be continued unless specifically vacated by the court. Expert please advice.

It will automatically vacated so on next date and each date you are to urge again to extend the same.
