Legal hierarchy in designations

Hi i am an HR i wanted your help in framing a designation Hierarchy in my firm for previous lawyers and the new ones that are joining us. So that we can maintain a level of competition and an interest for all our employees to earn their promotions & work hard for the same. Can you please provide me with different designations i can use from intern to partners. i want minimum 10-12 designation levels. Kindly please help me with the same.
