Enrolled in bar council

Dear Sir/Madam

if someone has cleared LL.B and he doing job in pvt company but he wants to practice side by side
(as an advocate )
so is there any process of getting enrolled in bar council???

Secondly if not geeting enrolled then he can mentioned as advocate on his cards and open his own company.

An employee can not be enrolled as an advocate.

One can not use Advocate with his name till enrolled with the Bar council.
