Karta of HUF wants to close HUF and all coparceners are agreed to distribute the wealth of HUF ?

Now, how to distribute Cash, Immovable Property and Jewellary of HUF to co-parceners ?

Coparcerners are heirs of joint property. It is settled through family settlement and normally governed by Hindu Succession Act. Hope satisfied.
