Registration of conveyance deed

Sir,

Please advise, can the conveyance deed of a flat be registered without the Completion Certificate of the residential society in which the flat is allotted?

do you have occupation certificate ? if so then conveyance deed can be registered

yes i do agree with Sethi ji's suggestion , without the completion certificate , the conveyance deed can not be registered
