Hi ..! I want to gift a property in khas land to my brother . For that do i need to execute a sale deed and get it notarised or registered ? Or normally execute in a plain paper/ stamp paper. Would be greatful...!

In Transfer of Property Act any Un Registered Document is invalid.If he is going to be your Own brother(not Cousins) you could very well execute a Registered Settlement Deed which would be more reasonable cost wise for you.Consult a Senior Document Writer In Registrar Office for Documentations.(I would request to avoid HI while addressing the Experts)

For transfer of property registration of document is mandatory, Gift deed required to be stamped and registered.

Sorry for the ignorance...! In response to the first ans., sir should i say then khasland is an unregistered land without a document ..since i am very new to this field, thankyou in advance to all the experts..!!

Even if the land do not have any document as of now it could be Registered stating all the facts

Follow the advise rendered by expert Mr.Rajkumar @ Narasimha on the subject. Notarised unregistered conveyance or transfer of property is invalid in the eyes of law.
