Dear Experts

I am resiging in Bangalore & looking for Bank loan for purchasing residential site which is DC converted and has BDA NOC.

Since its B khata Nationalized banks will not give loan.

Could you please let me know which financial institutions provide loan for B Khata site purchase in Bangalore.

It is not at all a legal query.

This forum doe snot provide any assistance to arrange for loans with incomplete documents.

Private players and Banks may extend loan facility. They are liberal in giving loan but much more harass in recovery some time more than a money lender.

Better purchase a site where loan is available from Government Bank. it would be safe as PSU give loan when title of the property are clear.
