Without your native place of residence and location how can anybody guide in this matter. It will be helpful for you, if you join a Senior Lawyer who is of you native Place/Dist/State.

It is better to Visit your nearest labour Court and District Bar Association to know the local Senior Advocates dealing in labour cases !
