if the gift deed and family partition deed both were registered ,there is no action which you can take now to restore other family members claims as equal.

if all members can convince your brother ,a revised property partition deed (with mutual family agreement)can be written and registered.

Alternatively, however since the res.property is in your mother name, your brother may be threatened by family members that no share in res.property will be given to him in view of
his adamant stand in the matter of family business property.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 05 April 2014
Settle the matter amicably with your brother. I fully agree with the expert advise of Mr. R V Rao wherein both the documents are irrevocable.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 05 April 2014
If the partition deed and gift deed are registered, well advised by the expert that these are irrevocable. Amicable solution is the way left.

Your father with you should try to start business afresh.

As advised by experts above, an amicable settlement will go a long way to preserve the family, tradition and family business safe and secured, try that.
