Correction in name in online stamp duty

(Querist) 31 March 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Inadvertently there is an error in the name during payment of online stamp duty and registration for plot purchase.This deed has been registered at sub-registrar's office.
Error is in MTR form no 6 for Stamp duty and registration.
Is there a way to rectify this error in the database of concerned bank as well as IGR database.Is rectification deed needs to be registered? Please advice.
