claiming a part of pension

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 28 November 2013 This query is : Resolved
Hello,
My younger brother (23 years age) is demanding half amount in my mother's pension (central gov't). He is unemployed. Can he legally claim it? Since my father is dead, my mother don't want to share her little pension money to any one. Please guide me. Thanks.

he has no right over your mother pension . if he is unemployed let him find a job
