Non acceptance of legal notice.

SIR,
IF I SERVE A LEGAL NOTICE TO A PERSON
THROUGH REGD.LETTER AND THE PERSON DENY
TO ACCEPT THE SAME BY ANY REASON (I.E.OUT OF SATATION AND NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PRESENT ADDRESS FOR NOW).THE WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
PLEASE SUGGEST.

if he refused then it is treated as served

If the address is changed then the notice shall not be treated as served otherwise it can be treated as served to the addressee.
