This query is : Resolved
section 225(2) of the Companies Act,1956 says that, On receipt of notice of such a resolution, the Company shall forthwith send a copy thereof to the retiring auditor.
I want to know that, who will send such resolution to the company?
and complete interpretation of this sub-section.

If you are a trainee in a company, for which job you have been taken as a trainee?
Also, whether in your company, a regular and full time Company Secretary has been appoined or a CA is looking after the secretarial work in the company?

Mr. Rohit Chauhan,
I wonder on your cross-questioning, "what you talking about? tell me about my query, about section mentioned in my query," on my own queries to you. Your question is like as if you believe that at LCI we hold classes for replying half baked academic queries, like yours, as an unprepared school student.
Mind it, I prefer to solve personal problems of the members instead of solving baseless academic queries, like yours. When you are not ready provide me the requisite information as per my queries, you should also have not expected others to answer your academic query without knowing background of your query.
About your present query, I can say that you have posted your query prepared by reading between the lines of section 225. Had you read section 225, as a whole and not merely 225(2), along with sections 224 and 224A you could well have found the answer to your query. It seems you do not also know as to who on behalf of the company prepares and issues notices under the Companies Act.
Also, had your query been related to your personal problem, I would have been quite pleased to answer your query.

Dear mr Rohit
Please go through section 190, Try to understand who gives notice 'To Company' and To members 'on behalf of the Company'. After receiving notice 'by the Company', 'the Company' will give notice to Auditor which is to be removed. Then the Auditor if files any representation the representation so filed shall also be sent to the 'the members of the Company' along with 'the special notice.'
I think you understood what Learned Dhingra Ji said to you.
He is saying 'Understand' then ask to understand.

You may or may not reply me. I don't have any objection, if you prefer to continue walking by holding fingers of others, like a small kid, during your whole of your career.
