Father's name correction in ssc memo

Hi Friends,

Father name is misspelled and printed wrong.

In 10 class Certificate (All certificates) Father Name is spelled wrong. Hence has gone to SSC board and tried to get it corrected. But no luck.

What is the correct procedure to change Fathers name?

You shall have to file a civil suit against the Board and school is a mandatory party from where the forms for matriculation examination were filled.

you have not mentioned when you made application for name correction to sssc board . was it immediateldy after issue of SSC certifcate or some years have passed . if it had been done immediaedly or within reasonable period board would have corrected the spelling mistake
