We have a 310 acres land in Bangalore city south(on Nice Road) under Restricted Zone. I want to know can we make an application to change land use from Restricted Zone to Residential, considering Bangalore Govt planning to change major land use in bangalore city. How can I confirm this on paper and from which dept. Pls advise.

You can confirm wth the Depty ommissioner or Assistanant commissiner.

1. Contact the local Town Planning Dept., and the Revenue Dept., and take an inspection of the zone map.
