sir, i have a plot of land under my father name till date no construction is done on it, i m planning to construct a house on it,i am a small merchant of kirana shop please suggest me what are the legal formalities i have to take into consideration before construction ?

the plot size is around 800 sq. feet..

you visit the local sub-registrar office and get to know all formalities.

Take the plan passed either gram panchayat or muncipal corporation, with plan, 7/12 extracts nad get commencements certificate and start construction.
