what is limition period for filing suit for specific performance against seller of property who is not doing registry after accapting biana.

Dear Mr. Pawan
the limitation period for filling the suit for specific performance of a contract is within three years. and the period start from the next day when the date fixed for the performance. if there is not specific date for performance the period will be start when the plaintiff has notice to opposite party that the performance is refused.

can delay be condoned under any circumstance
