Hi,
My name is SHEIK.NURUL HUDA as per SSC.
and in rest of my documents its written as SHAIK.NURUL HUDA.
in list of BC-E classes -it is spelled as -- shaik/ sheikh. now the question is that my name is written in SSC as SHEIK, does this term also come under BC-E class.?

or schedule caste??
or Economically backward class,
for reservation of jobs, educ admission, etc
is it correct??

I have another question .......
im going to apply for passport this month but it seems the verification executive checks everything in the name including spellings. my surname is written as SHEIK in SSC and degree and PG.. but its is written as SHAIK in -Rationcard, driving license,PAN card. will it be a problem in this case..

Yes. That can create problem.
You need to rectify your name by publishing in the official gazette. Thereafter, make an affidavit to that effect and submit to the Passport Office.
