Respected experts,

I am fighting a marriage nullification filed by my wife under the influence and bainwashing of her parents.I told everything to the judge clearly and the judge asked me to file counter petition.I have written all the things with the support of evidences.Please help me to complete the pettions.

Can any body post the first page format ?

Here should i write my name as petitioner?
can I file it in english?

please give me some hints.

I think you have not taken services of any lawyer as yet.

The petitioner and respondent would remain same and you would need to deny her allegations and putting your points.

Take the help of a lawyer to file said

petition so that it is properly filed.

I am all support to fight party in person, but for those, who can spend time and energy in learning the basics and doing some hardwork.

Otherwise also, it is better to appoint a lawyer to check your pleadings and all in the initial phase.
