Plz informe me if affidavit is without varification. can be still called affidavit or not in legal terms.

There is no value of affidavit in the eye of law, if it is not notary/verified before Notary.

If the contents of affidavit are not verified i.e.which paras are narrated on basis of what,personal knowledge,belief,documentary evidence etc.if not mentioned at the end of affidavit,is not legal affidavit..
