Sir,
I have approached sathya corporation porur for purchase of washing machine. I contacted Bajaj finance person. I paid the documents. Loan santioned. But unfortunetly they told me that model not availbale.I have to pay 3000 extra. so we dont want the product. I got the papers back immediately.. He guaranteed me that no charges will be debited
But this month 5th two times, 11th two times there is equal debit credit. I dont have balance that time. I got the salary yesterday & i shocked that Rs.700/- debited for this ECS DR Return charges thrice. Kindly advice me what to do further......

First check on what account the finance company has debited the money.
The non availability of the model is the fault of dealer for which the financier is responsible and for processing the loan service the bank may well charge you some amount of money if not already debited.

as per finance terms and condition if you not paid proper date it will debit your account certain amount for delay pay.

Thats right. But i have not signed any ECS forms and i need solution for this

In absence of any ECS deduction Form you can ventilate your grievance in the Consumer Forum.
But the Financier can charge you money for mere processing the papers for granting loan.
But your focus should be on the point of Auto Debit without any authorisation.

Finance Co, had Team of Legal experts, and their day to day business.
They are unethical, intentionally send bill in such a way, you cannon pay within 24 hrs, or even drop a cheque in the collection box, they find means and ways to delay for a day, and charge 3% for entire month. If they do so for 100 Cr , a month, st way get 3r, without doing anything, amount to 36 cr per month., and spend 5 Cr for all legal expense to harass you.
