can i purchase a D-form patta land which is given to govt employ by the govt. pl carify me.

hai sir. any type of transfer is not allowed, if it is assigned land. the govt given to the employee means as a gift or somethingelse. so u need to consider the provisions laid down in the relevent document.

Patta given to govt. employee is ordinarily not transferable unless permitted by its terms or permission in that regard is sought and granted by the govt.
