You have not told who are other legal heirs of your grandfather. Whether you have your father, uncle, aunts etc. or not?

Anyway, you should lodge a police complaint against all such persons and should also file a civil suit for declaration and injunction if you are the sole legal heir of your grandpa. engage a counsel and follow his advice.

Proceed as advised by Mr.Makkad.

Dear Mr. Rohit,
When did your grand father die?
Whether the property owned by your grand father is a land or house property?
When did the alleged transaction take place?
Who obtained the property by such transaction and the property is in whose name now?
Are the alleged new owners any of the relatives of your grand father? If so in what manner they are related?
The property is in whose possession now?

Don,t worry. Immovable property does not transfer without a registered document.

You go through title documents and file a suit.

You alone can file suit no need to collect all the family members.

The above are some questions of fact without knowing them no proper guidece can be given to you.Hence return back with answer.

In addition tell if the property is agricultural or abadi???

The document got signed in drunken state by your grand father is registered or unregistered???

prabhakar singh (Expert) 30 January 2012
If your father is alive and property is recorded as agricultural land, bhumidhari or sirdari ,you have no right to file any suit.

Are you not in possession????
