Dear Sirs,
Our society building was constructed in 1990 and its plan was approved in 1988.Our society was registered in 1992 and received occupation certificate in 1993. During 2007 an application was made to amend the plan with some addition of area of ground floor office. The same has been approved by the authority. A new occupation certification was given in 2008. What is the procedure to be follow for this amendment of plan once the society is registered? Does the approval of the General Body of the society required? what is the remedy if any such approval of the Geberal Body is not taken? Members of the society came to know about this amendment recently. Only secretary was aware of it.

who made an application to amend the plan? is conveyance issued in favour of society?
if society is formed and conveyance is executed in fvoaur of society then in such a case society is the owner of land . without the consent of AGM no plan can be submitted by secretary alone .
you can ldoge complaint with Registar cooperative socities
