WILL BY NRI woman

(Querist) 30 March 2009 This query is : Resolved
can hindu woman transfer by a will her undivided share in self acquired joint property
adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 30 March 2009
I think ur question is the property are self acquired properties of hindu woman. When this is the case she can trasfer her self acquired property by way of will. If the properties are undivided joint family properties then also she can transfer her share by way of will, because she is coparcener.

Dear Kumbar,

Off course she has the right to convey her self acquired undivided share in joint property.
