corrupt judiciary

In my district the district court judges are very corrupt. I have a case pending for past 10 years and it is a open and shut case but innumerable adjourments and excessive consideration of outside material is keeping me away from justice. The other party is very rich and influential, it brings irrelevant and absolutely outsde material and seeks court's attention. THe judge after many hearings and adjournments decides the matter. Till date, though 10 years have passed actual case has not been addressed. My pleas to have hearing on actual matter and reject irrelevant material right in the begining do not have any effect. I am extremely frustrated and feel like leaving the matter to fate. pl suggest

write to the chief justice of your high court as well to the CJI of india

Without knowing the truth , do not blame the judiciary. The judiciary alone can not be blamed for protraction of cases. The advocates are no less to be blamed.
