Recently The Delhi High Court also admonished Judicial Officer for its arrogance. At times the new recruiters though with embryonic knowledge of Law, try to outsmart lawyers in their court by acting arrogantly in the court, but I think we should just brushed aside such arrogance, as they will realized their arrogance as they passed through the corridor of their times as Judicial Office.

Not only an advocate but also a judge can be prosecuted for contempt of court. Insulting and making remarks against an advocates comes under this head

Representatives of Bar Association may approch to have a clarification from the officer and if they found satisfied with grievance and if the officer is not willing to amend they may brought the matter to the knowledge of District Judge and in case abuse did not stop complaint may be preferred to Chief Justice of High Court

As long s the Judicil Officer does not dilute the procedurl Laws or tempered the evidence we should just brushed aside his arogance, as his arrogance exhibits his Ignorance.
