1.Is demand notice necessary for money recovery for civil suit?

2. can i mention history of criminal case under n i act iin civil notice?

1. No. Unless the defendant is Central or State Government.

2. Yes. In case the particulars of other cases between the parties are not given, it may amount to suppression of material facts.
