Dear Sir
My Self manager of an intermediate college
regular principal has retired two constent are there for acting principal
the respective qualifications are as follows

MA Lecturar B Ed.

1 Yes Yes 1995 IGNOU(Correspondance)

2 Yes Yes 1998 Regular B.Ed.

To Whom Charges should be given .who is senior

generaly regular course applicant are preferred. It all depends on the univesity guidlines.

Whether it is a Government college or a private college. You are only Manager of the college. Are you authorised to handover the charge to a person of your choice? If it is government college, the higher authorities will advise you to whom the charge is to be handed over. If it is a private college, since you are only a Manager, it is the look out of the Management to nominate acting principal.
