No Ojbection for passport of child of divorced parents

hi,

The father is in custody of the child of 8 yrs. He wants to make the passport of the child. The parents are divorced. The passport office has asked for no objection letter from the mother. She is not obliging. Can you pls let me know how to proceed in this case. this is urgent.

The Passport authority in certain cases of marital discord can waive such NOC.Otherwise the order of the court in that direction is the only option.

WHAT IS THE REASONS BEHIND THAT The father is in custody of the child of 8 yrs.he have any legal right for it or legal separation with wife ?now he can take a decree for guardianship from civil court

father is in custody, but the mother has visitation rights. Father has custody as the mother was not taking care...
