Experience certificate

I had worked as medical officer i Government Hospital. They are not issuing me experience certificate. Complaining to higher authorities are of not use. In case I ask under RTI, they either reply its still in process or questions like why my experience certificate is not issued can't be answered. What to Do? (Does this matter come under consumer court)

you must send legal notice, further they are not reply or give exp certificate, than file a writ against the hospital.

No, it does not come under CP Act.
You can get effective remedy if your file Writ petition in the high court.
