Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the process for a beneficiary and executrix to execute a registered will in Karnataka, specifically concerning a small house property. The consensus is that under the Indian Succession Act, other siblings have no claim to the property once the father has passed and the will is executed, even if the mother had a life interest which has now ended.

When the father died after making a will to a beneficiary or executrix and the mother who had a life interest also died recently, the siblings of the beneficiary have no right over it under the Indian Succession Act.

I agree with expert Mr. Kavksatayanrayana ji, other siblings of beneficiary has no claim, interest or right in bequeathed property wherein role of executrix is different, there may or may not be her personal benefit.
