exact citation from supreme court

i need exact citation for cancellaltion of ABA granted by HC without hearing the complainant and not application of mind . respondants are enjoying liberty at my cost without cooperating to police in investigation.

the court may not hear the compalinant while granting bail....however if there is total misuse of bail by accused then u may file an application for cancellation of bail subject to legal provisions....if there is no relief then u may approach SC against the HC orders.

cancellation of bail is not an aaloo chola. In criminal cases facts are important rather than citation. Post ur facts.

This is in reference to reply of mr.tarun thakur.Sir, you could say the same think without prefixing the words "cancellation of bail is not an aaloo chola'.Sir, most of the member seek advice.They are not professional.They could be students or other inquisitive lot Your guidance is of immense value.In this case the author could be advised that "In case bail has been granted without hearing the complainant,no illegality is done.But if the accused are abusing the concession,this matter can be brought to the notice of the court by citing judgment asking to CANCEL BAIL"Indeed it will not be as easy as to obtain BAIL ORDER but still....Love begets Love & respect begets respect.
