Eviction of tenant

Dear Sir,

i have rented a house in new delhi on 01/04/2009 at 7000/- P.M. without any agreement, my tenant has paid Rs.7000 for 7 months by cheques and after that he is not paying rent, i sent two notices for eviction, there is no reply from tenat, after that 01/05/2011, i have filed a suit for eviction & recovery of rent on ground of non payment of rent and as well as bonafide need for sick old age father, tenant filed written statement saying that rent was 3500/- p.m. and he has paid rent to me for 14 months instead of 7 months, after that he has paid me Rs. 15 Lac as pagri,(as both the statement are false and no evidence is there), the case is going on with the tis hazari court for evidence,

how much time it will take to get back my property from tenant, and what is futher court process.
