Evictiion of tennt

Respected Lawyers,

Need your opinion about the situation.
One out of five shops was rented by my father but the tenant hasn't used the shop for about 10 yrs and after my father passed away the tenant won the rent control case and got the benefit of Sec.14(2). Now we are two brother and sister and I want the shop vacated.Now the prob is in a bonafide necessity case the Q arises that why we need the shop when we got other 4 other shop in possession and my house is in very poor condition.
Kindly guide and suggest.

The poverty ipso facto do not demand not to claim restoration of your shops for eradicating your poverty by doing a good business so you demand your shops for bonafide needs.
