Enhancement of maintainance can be claimed u/s. 25 of HAMA.
The suit should be drafted as per the facts and circumstances of the case. No modal format. Read books on drafting or consult a local advocate.

The law in Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act is not like section 125 & 127 of criminal procedure code rather a fresh suit under section 25 of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance act is required to be filed for the purpose of enhancement.
