Encroachment of public land in front of my house

HI, I have a house in mugma ,dhanbad jharkhand and the area infront of my house which happens to belong to govt is occupaid by some thugs and they have a concrete construction on it. How do I manage to evict them using legal recourse.

Ask the govt authority to evict or demolish the structure.
If the govt authority falters to do that then file Writ petition in the nature of Mandamus to the High Court for further relief.

You can lodge a diary to the Police and also lodge a complaint to the local Municipal authority.If you like to demolish the illegal structure then you can file a case u/sec.133 Cr.P.C. in Magistrate or file a case in High Court on Public Interest Litigation.

File Your Complaint to local Municipal Corporation to demolish the illegal and unauthorized structure. If they do not take action, go to HC.
Involve local Councillor, MLA, MP, whoever help u.
