Employer not paid salary and pf and other dues

My employer and I had a heated argument on delay salary and not paying other expenses and I was fired without any notice period and non payment.
Even after three months not received.
I am unable to hire advocate for sending legal notice, any advocate can help me on this, i will pay once the employer settles all my payment, my total outstanding from my employer is two lakh

Are u continuing in service? There remedies with the labour courts for your queries.But you have to wait.Else, you consult lawyer for filing writ.

Now are you in that service/job? Consult a local lawyer to help you to plead your case on a one-time settlement. There are some free legal aids. Try there also.

I am no longer working for that company and tried approaching for legal help, being unemployed am unable to pay advocate fee, but any advocate Willing to help I can settle in my claim from my employer

You have not stated that which place you belong to and in what way do you require the assistance of an advocate
Instead you can approach the nearest district legal services authority for free legal aid and get your task completed by giving a complaint with them on this.

The district legal services authority can be approached for all types of free legal assistance
