Election to the board of managers of apartments

Ours is an Association of apartment owners in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Recently the Association conducted elections for posts of Board of Managers. The elections were totally unfair and not as per election rules. Kindly let me know whom to make complaint about the same.

please go trhough the byelaws adoted by your asssociation .

it must be providing for grievance redressal . if no such provisons are made in byelaws you will have to move civil court

The best answer to your query can be offered only by bye-laws of your association. You follow it and go ahead as per provisions mentioned therein dealing with such situation/
