Dual degree

My wife had done m.sc in mathematics from distance education university & diploma in elementart from government institutions in the same year 2012-14. That time I saw a notice that ugc were thinking to give permission on this matter but this year ugc published a notice that no one pursue 2degree simultaneously. But the notice is not clear. Now my question is if my wife will get an government job by putting one degree there will be any problem??is it will consider as legal issues. Please help me

Amit ji according to the circular of government advertisement u can submit the required document.

If it is mentioned distance education degree is not accepted then only ur wife can't apply for it.

Sir actually I want to know that if my wife will not show both the degree together anywhere then there will be any problem??? Means according to the new notice of ugc they mentioned that 2,degrees simultaneously is not possible so in this case if anyone had done then it is a crime??

Pl see that what this circular says about distance learning program . It is sure that you can not pursue two courses as regular student

Use RTI to get information from UGC / concerned institution.

Thank u sir for giving the answer.in that notice of ugc written " The committee had sought the comment of statutory council. The response so far received do not endorsed the idea of allowing the student to persue 2 degree simultaneously. Therefore the university shall conduct their program in accordance with the 1 St degree & master degree regulation 2003 prescribed by the ugc & also follow the norms and parameters by the statutory council where ever relevant." Now please help us.
