Is there any Act / Law in which the specimen / format of sale deed & lease deed are prescribed or drafting of these documents are as in general usage and based on discretion of parties and writers, and in any form & laungage.

Actualy my query is about to Act / Law enacted by Government, not about the books written by other writers and commentators.

There are no prescribed formats for sale deed or lease deed; it can be drafted incorprating clauses according to necessity of each case.

In books for DEEDS DRAFTING, ETC, U WILL GET READY FORMATS.
BUT as facts differ, ready made formats don't work.
